Love Nome Schoolhouse, food was delicious, staff is always great to work with. The play itself was mediocre. But the idea of dinner and a play was a great idea.

It is a beautiful place . A true labor of love on the part of the owner and community. Very clean - very unique- very friendly and welcoming . We were treated so well!

It was a very fun and interesting experience! The food was also very good.

The tour exceeded my expectations. I liked the pace we were on even though it was a lot to absorb for the novice I am. I did have experience with dyeing wool but I still felt it was integral to our experience. I especially was grateful we got to see the mill machines in operation and have the chance to play a part in the output of each one. I have no experience spinning but with the carded wool we produced I will definitely get some training to use it. Chris was a wealth of information and provided just enough not to overwhelm me. The stay part of the retreat was a real treat also. The food was great and the room just right because it was themed appropriately and not overdone.
